This season a few of us are running a spin-off of the 1st place league on our own site. We play against AI-managed teams, and we get to try rule tweaks the 1st place league would never vote for. It starts from the 1st place league's roster and scoring, then we mess with it. New divisions too.

Kickers can hurt you
Missed field goals cost points based on distance. If they shank a 30-yarder, your score drops.
Pick-Six Punishment
If your QB throws an interception returned for a touchdown, that's an extra penalty on top of the pick.
Defense gets paid
Turnover on downs and 3-and-outs earn points for the defense. Stops matter.
The Garbage Time cap
Points scored in the 4th quarter while trailing by 21+ are halved. No cheap stats here.
